    The products offered are those listed on the Fresh & Vintage website, subject to available stock. Our products are supplied by logistics partners located in Europe, the United States, and internationally, as part of a dropshipping activity.

    3. Prices

    Prices are listed in USD, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Fresh & Vintage reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

    4. Orders

    Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. An order confirmation is sent by email upon validation.

    5. Payment

    Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured through the solutions provided by the Shopify platform.

    6. Free Shipping

    Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • United States: 2 to 7 business days
    • Europe: 5 to 10 business days
    • International: 7 to 15 business days

    As products are shipped from different warehouses, an order may be delivered in multiple packages. Fresh & Vintage cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers, customs, or exceptional circumstances.

    7. Right of Withdrawal

    In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

    8. Returns and Refunds

    Return conditions:

    • Item must be returned
    • Item must be in its original condition
    • Return must be requested within 14 days

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

    Fresh & Vintage shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products sold.
